Our amazing subdivision has a very involved past from the mid 1980’s to current. We have attempted to capture some of the most colorful events in a PDF file for your reading enjoyment.

We have also captured many of the events which have shaped our wonderful subdivision: road construction, new fence construction, beach clean-up efforts, dog poop bag distribution, vegetation control and of course when we received fiber-optic Internet.
