We have many members who contribute to the welfare, maintenance and beautification of our wonderful subdivision. We thank each of you for your contributions, and please know there is a place for each of our members to serve.

The major categories of emphasis on an annual basis are:

Sewer Pumps ongoing preventative maintenance

Subdivision roads and drains ongoing maintenance

2025 Road Repairs:

September – As you can see we are having challenges with rain in September. You should see a much improved south west corner this year from these repairs and new pavers placed and balanced.

Subdivision South Fence maintenance and Gate codes

Signs maintenance at entry, speed calming, parking, etc.

Guard gate-house maintenance

Vegetation beautification and trimming off power and phone/Internet lines

Beach cleanup, Pet waste, and other beautification emphasis
