See attached complete requirements of proposed new construction within the Country Club undeveloped areas, and any current homeowner projects which may impact surrounding owners or common infrastructure.

- ASOCIACIÓN DE COLONOS DEL COUNTRY CLUB, A.C. New Construction Developer Requirements:
- Name of Project and Developer Information: Provide a name for the project, and complete project developer and homeowner names and contact information.
- Scope of Project: Write a paragraph explaining what the end result of the project will be, and how it will be used and for whom?
- Describe Specific impacts to surrounding homeowners and common areas.
- Proof of Ownership: Establish ownership of lots involved to establish legitimate usage.
- Adjacent Homeowners: Contact owners of lots adjacent to the project to determine if they want to share in the costs of developing common infrastructure components of the project. Also, request property survey assistance.
- Common Infrastructure: Determine if project includes common infrastructure items, either now or in the future, such as water taps, sewer taps, underground electrical, Internet/phone, etc. Please address planning with future infrastructure in mind to avoid disruption of roads or other common areas.

- ARTICLE VI – SEWER CONNECTION
- Section 1: The Sewer System/Connection
- The Country Club sewer system is a private system owned by the ACCC. In order to connect to the ACCC
- Sewer System each owner must secure written permission from the ACCC.
- Section 2 – Cost for connection
- Cost to connect to the ACCC sewer system shall be paid to ACCC as follows: Homes $3,000
- USD. To be paid in pesos at the current exchange rate.
- Condos/Townhouses/Apartments $1,500 USD for first two toilets, $500 USD for each additional toilet. To
- be paid in pesos at the current exchange rate
- Official Surveys: Establish boundaries of the lots adjacent to the project through official surveys with property owners.
- Current Impact Statement: Provide a current inspection to determine current capacities and impacts affecting performance of the current sewer system. Establish what additional capacity the sewer system can handle without modifications. If the estimated additional capacities exceed current capacities, provide planning to increase system capacities. Inspection of the sewer system must be by an official engineering source determined by the association executive board, paid for by developer or possibly shared cost with association depending on potential impacts).
- Official Permitting: Provide copies of appropriate Municipality permits issued. Send permit copies to Permits@cozumelcchoa.com and/or upload copies on the form below, and permits should be posted at the job site.
- Project Plans: Provide written project plans that include elevations, surveys, measurements, grade, & infrastructure (storm water drainage, underground: electric, sewer & water lines, phone, Internet, etc.) for taps).
- Project Costs: Provide written estimates of costs of Construction (which includes matching current pavers, and engineered drainage if roads involved)
- Project Proof of Funds: Provide letter from an official notary (on official letterhead) of proof of funds to complete the project.
- Project Timelines: Provide a complete written project plan including phases and timeline through competition.
